New Con29 and Con29O
The Law Society’s revised CON29 and CON29O forms went live on 4 July 2016. The Law Society has implemented the changes is to improve the quality and consistency of the information provided.
Our Regulated Local Authority Searches changed on 4 July to reflect these changes.
Changes to the CON29 and Optional part IIs (CON29O)
The revised forms have been updated to include:
Public Rights of Way – This becomes a standard question rather than an optional question
SUDs (Sustainable Urban Drainage System)
Community Infrastructure Levy
Assets of Community Value
Additional changes to reflect other legislative changes
