Michelle S. takes control of the searches as they ping in, booking them at the earliest possible appointment time. She is involved in customer care and responsible for looking after the invoicing too.

Alex has become a flexible asset in the team, helping with mapping properties, to customer care and support. Alex is also being trained in the nuances of the different councils and how to complete searches.

Lesley supports us with the day-to-day preparation of searches by accessing and interrogating the Council data and works closely with Julie to ensure the searches are prepared as efficiently and accurately as possible.
