An account will be set up and payment terms agreed on an individual basis.

Alternatively you can order directly through our secure ordering page and pay by credit or debit card. Payment is processed securely through Square.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order you must either notify us by email (info@propertysearchnortheast.co.uk) or telephone (0191 213 6666) that you wish to cancel the order. In order to receive a full refund, you must provide such notification within 1 hour of placing the order. Although we will do our utmost to cancel searches, after this time we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred by us in relation to the order.

Please be advised that once any products other than the local search have been ordered, you will not be entitled to a refund, as these products will be customized for you. This clause will not affect your statutory rights.
