Michelle Poller – Director
As founder of Property Search North East, Michelle is responsible for the continued marketing and service delivery of PSNE and the growth of its service offering. She implicitly understands the needs of her clients, pro-actively striving to exceed these in delighting them in her delivery of excellence.
Jacqui Bishop – Director
Jacqui joined Michelle in partnership in 2006 supporting the business searches and financial aspects in maintaining the day to day operation.
Theresa McDonnell – Search Agent
As an experienced Search Agent Theresa brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team in completing the searches and advising clients of searches and their specific implications.
Julie Matthewson – Search Facilitator
Another valued member of the team, Julie has an understanding of the search industry having worked for a number of years within conveyancing. She utilises this experience in her day to day business in supporting the team and clients alike.
Michelle Short – Finance
Management of the financial aspects of the business is a vital and integral component of any business and in Michelle, PSNE, have an individual that is both assiduous and meticulous in their work completion.
Doreen Beaton – Administrator
Operationally, Doreen is generally the first point of contact for our clients and is responsible for the client request bookings and their completion through their search process lifecycle. Her experience in the role and her focus on client satisfaction is exemplary making her a valued member of the team.
And last but not least, Skye our 3 year old shar pei and new addition Luna the puppy!
